The annual meeting of the Thermophysical Society and Working Group of the Slovak Physical Society is a small conference that gathered together scientists from different countries. The scope of the conference is to share knowledge in the field of thermophysical problems of heat transport and heat storage. The discussed topics are particular problems of physical models and computer simulations of heat transport processes as well as the experimental measurement of thermophysical properties of wide range of new materials developed in laboratories or in industry. One of the meeting scopes represents also the design and the development of advanced sensors and apparatuses for heat transport and storage, material parameters characterization, and for monitoring of temperature field in porous media under different conditioning with moisture content. The meeting is opened to a wide range of researchers with different problems. Cooperation in thermophysics and other related fields is expected.
