Conference fee is 200 EUR and it includes:
  • access to conference sessions
  • refreshment during coffee breaks
  • submission of one conference paper
  • printed conference Proceedings
  • conference program
Each participant may choose to submit two papers. While the costs of one paper are already included in the conference fee, an additional fee 70 EUR will be charged for a second paper.


Accommodation
    rooms at Hotel Janosik
    Single room - 45 EUR
    Double room - 60 EUR
    Suite (double room + twin room + shared bathroom) - 90 EUR (for 3 persons) or 100 EUR (for 4 persons)

    Prices are per room and night. Additional accomodation fee is 0.33 EUR per night.
    Free WiFi is available in the hotel.
Participants will pay for their accommodation at the hotel reception desk during the conference.


PAYMENT

Payment is allowed solely by bank transfer.
The payment deadline is June 15, 2015
