- July 31, 2025: Notification of manuscript acceptance
- August 31, 2025: Conference fee payment
- 8th October - 10th October 2025: Conference Time
The manuscripts originally prepared in Word format will be prior publication converted by the editor into LaTex form Thermophysics paper template (as doc)
