This conference will be the 30th in a series of well-established meetings that have been held since 1996. Its chairmanship changes every three years, and in the period 2024 - 2025 is organized by the by the Department of Materials Engineering and Chemistry, Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University (FCE CTU)

The co-organizers of the conference are the
- Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical Technology of University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (FCH UCT)
- Institute of Physical and Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry of Brno University of Technology (FCH BUT)


In 2025 the conference will take place in the Chateau Krtiny situated in the middle of Moravian Karst.

The conference includes invited lectures, oral presentations, and discussions on specialized topics.
The objective of the conference is to discuss the results of academic and industrial research, and exchange invaluable experiences in the field of thermo-physical properties of materials. It usually hosts about 40 participants from various countries, especially Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland, but also from Austria, Sweden, Germany, Japan, France, Turkey, Canada, Israel, Kazakhstan or India.

Conference Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published at Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings which is a peer-reviewed serial open access publication, published by the Czech Technical University in Prague. It is is focused on publishing proceedings from conferences organized or co-organized by the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings is published in electronic version, a printed version is possible only on demand. Each individual issue can also have, besides the ISSN, their own ISBN.
Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings is indexed by Scopus (since 2020) and DOAJ. Selected Volumes are indexed by Web of Science database.
Articles are licenced under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.

The manuscripts originally prepared in Word format will be prior publication converted by the editor into LaTex form Thermophysics paper template (as doc)

Call for papers
Registration and payment of the conference fee must be received by April 30, 2025. Full paper submission must be made by September 30, 2025. Authors are requested to send their papers (both doc and pdf) to the email of Oldrich Zmeskal. Each participant may submit an unlimited number of papers (see conference registration and publication fees).

Venue and accommodation
Chateau Krtiny is a modern hotel, restaurant and place for all kinds of social, cultural or educational events. Nearby are interesting places Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary: An important piece of Baroque architecture and a place of pilgrimage designed by Jan Blazej Santini. Moravian Karst: Karst landscape and protected landscape area to the north of Brno in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic Arboretum Krtiny: This wonderful exterier takes place by the road from Krtiny to Jedovnice.
